Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â ÃÖ±Ù 15³â°£ ÀÇ·á ¹× °£È£ ¼­ºñ½º¸¶ÄÉÆÿ¡ ´ëÇÑ ¿¬±¸¸¦ Á¤¸®ÇÏ°í ³ª¾Æ°¡ °£È£¼­ºñ½º¸¶ÄÉÆà ¿¬±¸ µ¿ÇâÀ» ºÐ¼®ÇÏ°í ¿¬±¸ ¼º°ú¸¦ È®ÀÎÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý: ¹®ÇåÀº RISS, Korea Citation IndexÀÇ µ¥ÀÌÅͺ£À̽º¸¦ °Ë»öÇß´Ù. °Ë»öµÈ ³í¹®Àº ¿¬±¸ÁÖÁ¦, ÀÚ·á¼öÁý¹æ¹ý ¹× Åë°èºÐ¼® µî°ú °ü·ÃÇÏ¿© ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ÇмúÁö(2002³âºÎÅÍ 2016³â)¿¡ °ÔÀçµÈ ÀÇ·á ¹× °£È£¼­ºñ½º¸¶ÄÉÆà ¿¬±¸´Â 221ÆíÀ¸·Î ºÐ·ùµÇ¾ú´Ù. ¼­ºñ½ºÇ°Áú°ú ¸¸Á·¿¡ °üÇÑ ¿¬±¸°¡ °¡Àå ¸¹¾Ò°í ´ë´Ù¼ö ¿¬±¸°¡ ¼³¹®Á¶»ç¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿´´Ù. ±× Áß °£È£ ¼­ºñ½º¸¶ÄÉÆÃÀÇ ¿¬±¸´Â 34ÆíÀ¸·Î ´ëºÎºÐ ¸¸Á·¿¡ °üÇÑ ¿¬±¸¿´À¸¸ç ¼³¹®Á¶»ç¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð ÇâÈÄ ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­´Â ÀÎÀû¼­ºñ½º¿Í °í°´Çൿ µîÀ» Æ÷ÇÔÇÑ ´Ù¾çÇÑ °£È£¼­ºñ½º¸¶ÄÉÆà ÁÖÁ¦¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¿¬±¸°¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was designed to examine existing research on service marketing in nursing and identify the resultsby analyzing research trends in medical and nursing service marketing over the last 15 years.

Methods:Electronic databases were searched, including RISS, Korea Citation Index. The papers were classified by criteria,focusing on research topics, research design and statistical analysis method.

Results: From 2002 to 2016, 221 researcharticles on medical or nursing service marketing were published in local academic journals. Most of the articleswere about service quality and satisfaction. Generally questionnaire surveys were used. There were 34 papers relatedto nursing service marketing. Most of them were about satisfaction and had used a questionnaire survey.

Conclusion: Further research needs to be done with nursing service marketing topics including a variety of themessuch as personal services and customer behaviors.
